Hi, I would like to ask this before confronting my HR.
Is it possible if I try to ask for mutual termination of my employment contract. I am still in probation period and do not have any tasks pending. My notice period is 2 weeks and I am trying to have a mutual termination so that I can use this time to find a new job and participate in interview. I don't have any tasks that I need to do since I am actually still in training. I also do not want to pay for the notice. Hoping that I can get some advise on this. Ps: I have been in the company for less than 1 month.

Getting Started

|
Hand in resignation + requesting mutual early termination. Up to their internal policy and your managers discretion. They might ask you to complete the month for ease of salary calculation.

Else just MIA i doubt they will take legal actions against u. The most they can do is blacklist u from applying jobs from them
