What insight u want to know ? This car has been on the road for many years and its a proton

That is good insight already

Good side = nice to drive and good handling

Bad = Penumbuk CVT start stop jerk (because this CVT gearbox used clutch based instead of torque converter) - feeling is like you driving manual and immediately release the clutch

If it's not a C segment with at least 140hp, don't bother.

This one is really bodo system. Battery dam mahai lagi.

last time my loan got approved for vios and persona.. but i decided to go for persona.. if u think about it, both cars have same functionality.. it's a no brainer to go for the cheaper one.. every month i still got money leftover to save, invest and jalan2

still have but got improvement ..they play around with the TCU to let the "clutch" hold for longer time (during low speed)

nope..still driving

normal drive is fine ..just when traffic light turn green ..you need to release brake, let it crawl and dont tekan pedal for like 1 sec (you can see a tick on rpm gauge)

after the tick then only press pedal..it will just drive as usual

problem is sometime when you press petrol before the "tick" ..once CVT clutch masuk..your car will jerk (like manual pressing petrol at 2.5k rpm + half clutch then immediately release all clutch)


just need sometime to used to that then ok already

this last time means which version of persona? whats your experience driving this car? ya the monthly difference can use as petrol money.

Actually 300 is not alot...
But life's simple, make a choice and never look back.

Go test drive. I heard much improve from previous version in term of gearbox responsiveness, much quieter cabin etc.

And please took the premium one. Led headlight, nappa looks alike leather seat, got voice command to open windows, control aircond fan speed.

stop start jerk means you feel a sudden jerking when you stop/start.

nothing with sluggish acceleration or anything.
just that the impulse is strong and felt.

you lesen auto or manual?
imagine you drop the clutch all the time instead of releasing it gently.

If u don't wanna regret down the line, don't get a persona. Campro and its CVT GB is totally old crap - don't bother supporting it.
