Hello all.

I own a PSP with pre-installed custom firmware 3.10 OE-A'
lately I've been having problems playing newer AHEM games I downloaded like FF tactics- war of the lions
They always say The game could not be started (80020148)

any idea why? and if its because I need to upgrade to a newer custom firmware, any pointers on how to do it?
