Only get it if you really have a need to use it.

Otherwise, it just an extra mouse clicker on screen.

Pros, in case your touchpad spoil & you doesn't have a mouse around.
(Maybe your friends will "wow, touchscreen")

Cons, screen design might be thicker & doesn't look very good compare to non-touchscreen.
(Friends & colleague will accidentally click your screen as mentioned in post #3)
