i ate both, got extreme sleepy

yesterday i stopped

tday google said cannot stop take those or their will be outcome

now what?

Metformin is for diebetes

Go and do intermittent fasting. Reverse diabetes.

Check with a doctor. Do a blood/health check. Blood test will show how much is your hba1c that shows your AVERAGE blood glucose level over the last 3 months.
So you and the doctor can have a better understand on what's going on.

Don't take any medication like the one you mention without doctors orders.

TLDR,
STOP TAKING THOSE MEDICATION AND GO SEE A PROPER DOCTOR.

Please do NOT simply take medications if it is not prescribed to you. Metformin is an oral antidiabetic agent and amlo is a calcium channel blocker (BP lowering drug). They do come with certain side effects.. So please, have a proper appointment with a healthcare professional.
Maybe u are just getting hypoglycemic, hence the sleepiness.
