I guess the 220-AGE formula is more suited for general public with 70+ bpm

But for those who has 40+bpm, I doubt the formula works since the one need to work up from 40+ to say 190 thats 150bpm jump compared to normal HR 70+, that only needs 120bpm jump.

Hence 160bpm sounds just nice as MaxHr...just my pov
