Ok, Winson came to fix my autogate today, had good experience with him. All done in ~2hrs. The DCmoto looks really nice and very silent when in operation. He explain how the DCmoto works in detail. So, yeah.. I would recommend Winson.

Just to upadate, I too had my DCmoto swing installed by Winson yesterday morning. Took ard 2hrs. Winson workmanship very good. His macai even water-level the control box to make sure it is perfectly straight and Winson level the motor arm attached to the gate. Finally, didn;t install the black rubber to hold the gate, not necessary. You can install everything first, test it and if you want you can install the rubber after testing. All in all satisfied.

But the movement to not perfectly smooth, maybe all auto swing gates are like that. First time using automate.

Ok I choose this company to replace my old autogate moto. But here the problem, after paying around RM1300 for the moto n installation,

He NEVER GIVE ME A SINGLE RECEIPT YET.

Is this how this company works?

Minimum last 6 months to a year. If your ceiling fan remote control only lasted a week then the remote control is faulty as it has short circuit which depletes the battery juice even when you're not using it.

He is the one who installed my auto gate. His contact 012-2060 138. Does anyone know how long the backup batt last? My house had a power failure last week for about 1hr plus, and my autogate can't open. I thought the backup batt was supposed to last longer than tat.

One, more thing. Has anyone here have the experience hiring Mr. Autogate from mudah.my? I got the same price quoted for DcMoto 925W from Mr Autogate & Winson but Mr Autogate is closer to my place (mr autogate kepong, Winson Seri kembangan) in Rawang.

workmanship - Does he/his staff install properly
Warranty - Does he honour the warranty of the product
etc etc

But he is a little far from my place(im rawang, he is in seri kembangan), if there is any damage to the autogate it would take him a lot of time n money to get to my place. That is why im asking if anyone have the experience with Mr. Autogate from Mudah.My because he is closer.

Hi everyone, finally got my DC Moto 925W from Mr Autogate.

Quoted RM1500 from winson and RM1400 from Mr Autogate (Pang) with the same item. Winson is good with phone call but very late in replying my SMS(my last SMS was never answered/replied) but Mr Autogate replied my call and even answer all my question via SMS within a few minutes. So I decided to take my chance with Mr Autogate.

He agreed to install it at my place on the next day(saturday, Sept 7th 2013) at 2PM, but he arrived at 130PM! Im impressed. Everything was set-up within 1 and 1/2 hour but there was a problem with the RF receiver and remote(not match) so he set me up with 2 temporary remote control (open & close function only) and promised to send the new remote n RF on Tuesday. I dont really have any problem with that since he insist on not to take any money from me until he delivered everything. So technically, i got everything FOR FREE!! .. until this Tuesday la of course hahaha.. 

So, to summarized it, I am happy to recommend Mr Autogate to anyone!  (based on my experience with his fast response pre-sale service, on-time delivery and quality of installation). He even give me free a surge protector! Anyway, I will update again after full delivery.

Yay! My gate is now wireless!!  hahahaha

Key panel? sorry i dont know what is that. Are u talking about the Wireless keypad? If you are asking about the keypad then the answer is I dont have any pic for it since i have not got it yet.

what is (4)anti spy remote controller? and (7)without wiring? you mean install the gate without wayar connect into the house living room/power supply?

1 question. why we need armoured cable? normal cable using pvc tube not enough for external wiring for autogate/door bell/lamp post?

any technical reason for that?
