Ha-ha, me not yellow pages lah. You have to search lah.

The price to replace the board is higher, while price for repair are much cheaper but that will mean your autogate will be disable until the board repair.

BTW, if you are DIYer, the replacement board can also be purchase from shop, and online. Online I notice are much more expensive.

Hardware shop. First you need to check can the wheels be taken out? if can take out and go HW shop as sample.

The rail you referring on the floor? Minor rust is ok dont need to bother. My mom house the floor railing also have rust is still ok. Cant paint. Replacing need to remove the gate out is major work.

Two way looking at it, as a consumer should also ask (if they never state). Don't assume.

Time, traveling cost who going to pay for it? Call any out of warrant service or unrelated issues do expect charges. Nothing is free in this world.

I would say "service charge" inclusive of lost of opportunity for other things.
