Umm, for those who can read chinese, has anyone noticed that there are two different versions of the manga out there?

The first one is really different from the anime, instead of Ragnarok we have "Sanke" and Shigure is completely missing from the manga. Some of the character designs are completely different as well; is that version really drawn by the same artist?
