I am planning to get some electrical equipment / appliances for my house - planning to do a major overhaul. I prefer reliability and good customer service support. If price is reasonable, even better!

Please let me know your advise on below:

Water heater: Panasonic N Series (with jet pump) - Still deciding whether DH-3NP2MS (cheaper) or DH-3NDP1MS (slightly more expensive)
Fridge : Panasonic NR-BX421 2 Door 422L - Cost around 2.7k but still 4 star appliance, I wanted a white coloured fridge...
Air Cond : Panasonic CS/CU-XPU18XKH - R32 Deluxe Air cond with Aerowings
Washing machine: Top Mount washing machine for 3 people usage. Budget below 1.5k. Any advice?
Fan: Currently deciding Deka brand

Kindly let me know your thoughts or recommendation (other alternative product or any competitively priced retail outlet).

Why don't you budget water pump from tank.

i dont recommend Deka, since i am using Deka myself and in the process of replacing all of them to either KDK or Panansonic as they came from same factory, for rooms 4 blades, living room 5 blades i think it will cost around RM400 now

What's stopping you opting for Panasonic for Washing Machine and Fans as well?

I have a Water tank heater that is electric consuming - prefers wall mounted ones now. I am also currently in the midst of removing my ceiling mounted water heaters.

Oh, I am staying in a condo so can't install water pump.

Not familiar with the washing machine and fans from Panasonic. Deka looks fine to me while for washing machines, more options in the market so hope to have recommendations here. Inclined towards Samsung or Electrolux but not sure which one is more reasonable.

Fan i would suggest KDK

Top load washing machine from Panasonic should be pretty good, reason being the control panel is less exposed to water because positioned at rear top.

Samsung I had bad experience, control panel spoil in 3rd year

Fan wise the budget remote are those Panasonic Bayu series, they should be pretty reliable compared to those Deka-like.
But sometimes it really depends on luck as well, not gonna say getting Panasonic will have guarantee problem free.

My Panasonic washing machine have issue with the board at 1st run, but got it replaced by warranty and it was working fine then. Maybe lemon unit.

Also on a side note: for Fans KDK and Panasonic were basically the same

Air Cond : Daikin FTV-P Model 1.0HP/1.5HP Smart Control, below 1.5K for 1.5HP
Washing machine: LG WD-MD8000WM 8kg, 1.5K
Fan: Panasonic Nami 5 blade, 0.6K

your LG 8.0kg use for 2 pax member only ?
