Not low dense. but not considered super high dense (by today's standard)
Paramount worksmanship are considerably trust worthy. price is considerably above average too.
but their recent construction performance(extremely slow construction) for their flagship projects at the near by Atwater's section 13 PJ is something to be put into consideration. 48months for a considerably small projects + 2times 6months+ extension - which add up to a full 5 year+ for VP.
LMAO..... imagine paying 5 years of interest. on a 800k progressive under-con loan.
Main problem i see with Atera is...
Its a one way in and out road thru the office & light industrial buildings in between to the main road.
i use to work ther at menara LYL, the road in and out is usually filled up with lots of cars. and extremely jam going in and out during evening rush.
but LRT accessibility is the main plus point. decent walking distance. old condos like millennium square condo & istara condo are still highly in demand in the rental sector.
if its purely for rental investments and you got loads of money + holding power - YES
if you plan to buy your 1st property or wanna start up a family or even go long term solo/partner own stay - NO
