I just visited the site and sales gallery on 25 Dec, make a booking on 26 Dec for this project - Block A. Block A which is cheaper than Block B still have a few unit left. Currently Block B is open for sales.
I have nothing to complain for a project like this in the Prime Location of PJ but only the HTC, leasehold, potential smell from Penchala river and next to LRT track.
Before making the booking, I visited Grand Damansara & Pinnacle Ara Damansara. Pinnacle Ara Damansara price is very low and affordable and walking distance to LRT. I am not buying it because the location is not a prime location in PJ and the exit to SS2 and KL need to pass through the tunnel which I believe will be very jam in the peak hour.
Do you have idea most of the buyers bought Atera is for on own stay or for investment?
Do you all know where can get food by walking distance from Atera, a part from copper mansion?
