Day 1. 12 August
10am sudden light comes off. Thought is sudden electricity outrage. Called agent to ask owner what happen, owner told was TNB people come over to change fuse.
I also went to Management Office, then the Technician A comes with with a harsh attitude said someone took the fuse, and ask me what to do for the consequences. I said I will asked owner to check.
Day 2 - 3,
Light on and off, like using solar power. I don’t have owner contact, so just ask agent to refer back owner WTH is happening.
Day 4,
I called TNB to send technician come over to check, then the technician told me it’s not their problem. The fuse not there and asked me to refer management.
The technician A WhatsApp me photo of my circuit board: fuse not there, wire burnt.
Told me it’s emergency and asked me to settle, because TNB can’t repair it.
Called agent, agent said the management likes to throw the ball around. Said no authority can’t get in the power room, sure is management problem.
Owner called management, but still can’t settle the problem.
Day 5,
Today, still no electricity.

The problem is, should I find technician to fix the issue and buy the fuse?
Or to wait the management and owner to resolve the problem.
Or is there any other solution can suggest to me?
I checked the price of the fuse, usually below RM70. And I can asked other technician to come over to check my wire. Don’t feel like spending money, but a week without electricity is torture. Some more need to WFH.
