Yes. I think the fuse is not TNB responsibility. I think the developer will provide the fuse for once. If stolen, then it is the owner responsibility to get new one. Why management want to access TNB room. You can just plug in the fuse. No need to turn power off in TNB supply room.

Oppss. I did not read carefully. The fuse socket burned. Electrician can do replacement even without power off.
