Question, I just received an invoice email from maxis on my 14pm. It stated “your order will be ready collection from 23 sep 2022 onwards depending on stock arrival”.

My option is to self pickup at the nearest maxis centre.

My concern is, will maxis/maxis centre call me when the item arrived and ready for collection, or via email? This is my first time pre booking via zerolution online.

I read the maxis zerolution faq for those pre order the new iphone 14p/pm, cancellation and amendments are not available.

So looks like I still have to collect it and maybe plan to sell my current 11pro.

After booking and confirmed pre order for my iphone 14p deep purple 256gb zerolution, I suddenly feel like not getting it. I read the faq it’s can’t be cancelled. Anyone has experience last minute not getting it when the item arrives? Will there be any penalty say if we ffk on the day?

Tried calling them few times + live chat but no response. Myb will try to walk in centre tomorrow and ask.

CS and walk in centre tend to give diff answers, best to try both sides..

How I wish I can do that but it’s tied with 24months contract so can’t be sold off just like that.

True. But before this I managed to sell my old phone’s with zerolution contracts that has ended.

Normally will cod at maxis centre so that the can verify the phone is no longer tied with any contracts.

Just ordered for my 14p. Have to admit looks nice. First time using Spigen. All these while have been using Incepio brand.
