Thought can transfer esim myself. Manatau cannot and need to go there..

Has anyone ordered from Maxis using self pick-up in KV and their status already changed from Pick and Pack to the next state?

Mine is still pick and pack since yesterday morning and still no changes until now.

Update : Got a call from Maxis CS and I can pick up at midnight at Maxis Centre (TTDI)

just received a call from Switch as well, asking if want to collect midnight.. my slot supposedly confirmed morning 10am...they say counter is open to purchase casings TG and etc...

yes, can collect later, think they want us to confirm so they can manage the customers better, if you confirm but dont turn up, they will still keep the unit for you, since you've paid full or partial, its considered reserved for you.

As for machines, yes can. Bcoz in the email stated from 10am anytime.

I remember last year maxis called me a day before launch to confirm pick up…so you still got tomorrow

Maxis sent sms to say order is on its way

In the app order status it says “In Transit 1st Attempt”

But still no phone call from maxis. Still not sure whether can self collect tonight

I haven’t received this yet, maybe the stock haven’t reach maxis ipc. Haha
