It hurts to see Apple website can deliver in 2-3 weeks from now, whereas Machines already 3 weeks+ "pre-order" but no news

Same, ordered 512 GB Silver 14 pro max on 23rd September, paid in full, but never got any news so I proceed to cancel it, went and order from Apple directly, will be getting it within 14th to 21st November, not taking anymore chances with this machines
They won't give an estimated date, other than the standard "Delivery in 3 weeks onwards" which practically means nothing, just wait forever then

Hi guys, jumped into the Iphone 14 bandwagon as well..just received my Iphone 14 Pro Max 256GB Deep Purple..if you guys want the phone fast should order from Apple website..

I initially went to a few AAR last Tuesday and all mentioned that need to pre-order and wait for 4-6 weeks..so in the end I went Apple website and ordered on Wednesday...surprisingly they actually sent out the item on Thursday evening and I was supposed to receive it on Saturday but too bad I put the delivery to my office address so unable to receive it...they just rescheduled the delivery this morning and I just received it..not yet open box..go for lunch first..

I think 16.1 still draining the battery on ip14 pro 😔

If colour is not an issue then its not that hard to get gold/black 512gb in most of the Machines in KL hot spots (pavilion, mid valley etc.)

But props to you thou, I understand slapping on a case = cannot see the colour, but it still irks me that I couldn't get what I wanted and there will always be that 1% of dissatisfaction haha, not something I like to have as my daily driver 

After almost 1mth wait, finally maxis delivered my phone this morning

finnaly got my iPhone 14 Pro. Coming from iPhone X, its a huge jump.

Settled with deep purple as my previous iPhone was silver.

Machines gave me a call yesterday to update on my IPhone 14 Pro 512GB Deep Purple status. Initial thought the call is about ready for collection, unfortunately they told me that my waiting time will be extended for another 6 weeks estimate. So for that, they gave me 2 options:
1 - to wait for the phone to arrive after 6 weeks
2 - to cancel the order

I've told them to let me think about it and they will call me back again today for my answer.

In the end, I've brought IPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple from Harvey Norman. Though may not be my ideal storage space as i'm the one who holds my phone for a very long time (Upgrading from my IPhone 7 six years of age) and i got tired of waiting. As usual in Harvey Norman, they're trying to sell additional various protection plan between 700-1k+, didn't listen much as i just want to get the phone without additional add on. So be aware of this to those who going to get only the phone with apple 1 year warranty.

So today going to ask machines to cancel my pre-order which i ordered on 30th September. Truly disappointed with them, lesson learned & will buy direct from apple online store in future.

Received my 14 pro max (silver) 512 gb yesterday from DHL!

Apple initially estimated 14 - 21 Nov, but instead delivered on 9 Nov, another underpromise and overperform from them!
Side note: Still mind-boggling how Machines can take so long (>6 weeks) and don't even have stock, whereas ordering from Apple directly takes exactly 2 weeks
