did my bathroom remodelling with them

minor hacking might be require if u would like to relocate pipes and toilet bowl

other wise wall finishes will just paste on, workmanship quite decent, speed i won't say is the fastest based on my experience

the boss is quite friendly and can give alot of suggestion
pricing wise, not exactly cheap, i would say probably about same or slightly lower, maybe u can save some time and play with more designs

some of their products do have some issues with peeling, especially areas where water ponding most

overall i'd say 7/10

that really depends, I've remodeled mine on a close to 20 years old house, around RM11k 2 years back, I think it all dependent on you, believed their SA team, will advise you according to your budget.

Initially, we only opted for flooring and wall, and I think that's less than 10k, then end up redo the plaster ceiling in order to fit ambient lighting and 4k spot light which I've personally requested, and changed everything from WC, cabinet and mirror, piping (Sorento) and toilet hanger (Sorento) which they didnt request, is I insisted haha, and window & door panel repaint.

I have recently contacted them. Their service seem a bit slow. Will be waiting for them for site visit. I have budgeted 15k for the bathroom I wanted to remodel. Let’s see how that goes

So far after 4 months, everything is good. Nothing to complaint. Not sure though of other customer. The only thing is the price is a little steep

i did mine in 2023, floor wise, during my first year, did twice, because first time got scratches not long after due to squeegee, then after fixed, the floor very slippery, my neice fell down, i fell down with fracture, so be mindful on the flooring when you guys are deciding. wall wise its durable, but around the area of the pipe hose, it has cracks, accessories wise those from sorento is doing well, unfortunately my wc hole fitting can't fit sorento, so have to take some other brands, and the flush has 2 options, one is for light flush and the other is full flush, the light flush is malfunction as well, light wise, doing ok, just wear & tear in terms of the spotlights, ambient lighting still functional.

hope this helps!
