I've been using the same open helmet for almost 10 years now (RM60, forgot brand)-bike only around house area, not daily use. Need a new helmet as the sponge already becoming squished. Any helmet which can recommend? Prefer with SIRIM or equivalent safety brand standard.

If you intend to install bluetooth kit, then don't get Givi.
Can't install speaker.

Which brand then?
Bluetooth only for taking/making calls right? Or using it for music as well? Is it safe to use bt while riding bike? Can hear outside noise?

Was planning to get a phone mount for the motorbike, but then when smartwatch rosak, find a smartwatch which can use google maps. Can see directions.

This brand ok?

Bluetooth, if you are riding solo most of the time, then it functions like an earphone + mic in your helmet for your phone.

It is safe because it's considered a handsfree kit.

Of course can hear outside noise, because it's not in your ear like an earbud, but installed in helmet.

Problem is, those helmet you are checking out, they are open face, and can be noisy when going above 70km/h. You may not be able to hear your speakers.

KHI helmet, use before, throw away fast fast. Noisy like heck. Can't hear my speaker when going above 60km/h.

I see. My usage case is only in town at most 10 km from my house. Usually groceries.

Good for the price I guess. Maybe can have a look at KYT and such. I bought LTD because it was the one of the cheapest helmet with sun visor.
