Even if the telco has the feature to "call forward" the call, it will call forward ALL CALLS (whether got line or not). Also, there will be fixed monthly charges for this service. There are 3 options as alternatives:
1) Rely on missed call alert, or
2) Retrieve via Voice-mail, or
3) MNP-o.
