Do you have Vo-Wi-Fi ? If got then you can use this advantages to receive call when there’s no network

You need to activate call forwarding service from your telco.

Even if its possible, u will get charged for all the forwarded calls so unless u have unlimited calls or enough talk time, or if u willing to pay, then dont bother

Even if the telco has the feature to "call forward" the call, it will call forward ALL CALLS (whether got line or not). Also, there will be fixed monthly charges for this service.

There are 3 options as alternatives:
1) Rely on missed call alert, or

2) Retrieve via Voice-mail, or

3) MNP-o.

Yes. Or you can try the steps below to self activate it. (BTW I'm not sure if the steps will work, but you can try it yourself)

How to setup call forwarding through USSD menu
Note: Make sure your phone is able to connect to the 2G/3G network in your area, and it is not under "Force 4G" mode.
Do note that this call forwarding feature does not divert/forward SMS messages to the another phone number.
Open the Phone dialer app on your phone, enter the commands listed below, and then the phone number that you want the call to be forwarded to, and ends with #, then press Call:

Activate call forwarding

Always forward
**21*number#
Sample: **21*0123456789#

Forward when busy
**67*number#
Sample: **67*0123456789#

Forward when unanswered
**61*number#
Sample: **61*0123456789#

Forward when unreachable
**62*number#
Sample: **62*0123456789#
