After covid i got 3 such offers.

All working remotely for Singapore companies.

Rejected. pay scale in accordance to malaysia market.

It is just a new way for them to exploit cheap labour.

Not true.

I have a few friends who came back during Covid and was offered good pay by Singapore companies (ex-employers).

Good pay meaning higher than Malaysia but lower than Singapore.

Anyway, all happy because every year sure have free pay increment due to depreciation of RM.

Agreed, by their standards this is actually a pretty low salary but that exchange rate is hard to resist man

They said I gotta handle it myself.

I technically already have EPF from my tuition company and will continue that one

Just make sure you are getting paid at Singapore MARKET RATE. Don't convert - biggest mistake for new timers
