first time happens parcel lost, by JnT (left shah alam gateway to twilight zone i think)
then shopee informed and quickly refunded my money though what happens to the shop anyway? the item is not cheap yo ![]() |

If proven courier problem, both buyer and seller will be fully compensated ... I don't care who pays lol If proven seller problem, I never kena before la but common sense says that only buyer gets compensated la |

I ever get a refund due to delays but the parcel still arrived eventually. Item value around 200.00+. To be fair to the seller, I made the same purchase again but informed them not to send the item.

the person who pay for the lost parcel either shipper or shopee themselves, and i guarentee you both of them got more money than seller + buyer combined |
