I paid online few days ago and got the receipt. Photo sure will reject. So far haven't received any email on collection.

How do I proceed? Do I just print the receipt and go queue? Will they take new photo on the spot? The location is based on previous passport location UTC pudu.

Edit: just checked the status online. Application is still processing.

Should I wait another week? Or just go? Earlier posts suggest that the application process should be instant.

Thanks. Does this mean that they take photos on the spot renewals? The site is suggesting to re-upload the photo instead.

Been over 3 days. Status on site still says processing. Need an email? Or just print receipt can queue ady?

Probably will this weekend. Status as of today still says PERMOHONAN DALAM PROSES. Meanwhile friend of mine that paid after I did ady reject and ask to re-upload photo.

Finally done. to share my renewal process, I applied online and paid 2 weeks back. After 3 days system say still processing. I printed out receipt and went to UTC pudu this morning. Arrive before 8 ady got long queue. Lucky manage to get number. Wait half day until my turn take new photo on the spot and thumbprint. Then wait a bit more n finally got new passport.

Additional info:

For renewals, if under 60 n not oku, must apply online. The trick to uploading photo is that the size must be within 100 - 300kb. Take a selfi and play with the image scaling option in paint to achieve this. Also may need to refresh the page a few times before the uploaded photo loads. Many ppl get stuck this part and give up and need to pay rm30 to have staff apply for them on the spot.

After successful upload u can play with slider to center your face. After upload n paid can save the pdf receipt. Receipt will say where to go collect. Usually will be the same place where previous passport was issued.

For my case photo rejected n need redo thumbprint. I just print receipt n bring along old passport, etc to UTC pudu. They give around 100 tickets a day. Once habis need to come again tmr. Photo taken at counter is foc. I wait around 3 to 4 hrs until my turn, but once number is called the thumbprint n photo to collect new passport is quite fast.

If your uploaded photo is approved and no fingerprint issues then at most wait 1hr to collect.
