can senior citizens walk in to renew 17 year old kid's passport? weird that i cant go past the online part after i fill in my ic (as Penjaga) when i did the online application. got the "Permohonan Bermasalah, Sila Rujuk Pejabat Imigresen" msg.

I called the hotline n surprised got someone pick up She said probably bcos got issue with 'nombor pengenalan semasa' i filled in for daughter. I've rechecked and its the correct mykad number, no errors on my part. she advised to go to counter n apply.

anyone got the same issue?
