Hi guys, I got a temporary UK passport (for PR holders) to travel abroad because my Malaysian passport expired, cannot renew at High Comm in London because I don't have myKad. Now it's even worse.. this temporary passport I got makes them think that I am a citizen although I keep explaining to them I need a passport to travel thats the reason why I applied. They don't even wanna layan me, said they wont consider to renew mine. I'm a citizen of Malaysia but can't get a passport, is this a joke lol. No blacklist or anything.

I definitely want a Malaysian passport because this temporary passport making travel so hard.

Can I use this passport to travel back to Malaysia and renew my Malaysian passport? I'm not sure if I will face any issues to renew passport in Malaysia with entry record on a different passport. Pls advise! Thanks guys

Okay thanks, just thought if someone has any similar experience entering Malaysia on different passport then renew it onshore.
