I used QMS app. 6 am sharp, queue number opens. I renewed back in April. No online, just walk in. I battled and got number 5 on the app. 8am I arrived in UTC Sentul KL. By 10am I got my passport already.

I checked the app again today and see that more immigration centres are added to the app. I hope one day all centres are available on the app. I loved it, no need to queue from 6am at the immigration office, can battle from anywhere.

Planning to renew my passport this coming Saturday at one of the UTC. So need to download and install the app called QMS to get a queue number. Need to confirm. Once I get the number, what should I bring along? Is it just the old passport and my new IC? The passport photo will be taken there, right?
