I recently went to the Shah Alam immigration office at PKNS, took me a total of 1 hour total. Only thing to note is the que system uses an app,
and you have to pay via fpx. After payment you have to find a shop to print the receipt.

I think this last part is annoying and benefits the stores near immigration feeding off the printing fees.
