Please do not go to JIM to collect your passport if you have not received the email “Keputusan Permohonan Pasport: Lulus”. I renewed and paid for my passport online on Thursday around 4pm, but on Friday 3pm I failed to collect my passport from JIM as it’s not in the system yet.
