Just wanna share my experience from 2 weeks ago.

Did the online application, uploaded the photo and made payment.

Went to Immigration office after 5 working days (because wasn't free) even though there is no email from them.

Once my number was called, they said got problem with my photo. Officer said this is common as when we upload the photo, the website will compress the photo thus making it look blurred/squished. Re-took the photo at the counter.

At the same time, had issue with my thumb print so had to go down to NRD to get letter of verification (took about 1 hour). Once have that letter, submit to the Passport officer. Passport was ready in 45 minutes.

All in all, took me about 2+ hours from start to finish.
