Pay up.. wait until you got email that your photos fail.
Don't do anything

Print the receipt

Just go to UTC near you.

Go to counter and said " I already upload many time and fail"

They will ask for receipt.

They will gave you a number.

Follow up with taking the picture

And you pretty much done

Check your application status at the site.

Sometimes emails come in late.

If say not fail. Then just wait for the email to come for an appointment.

If it say fail due to photos. Ignore it don't upload again. And just go straight to UTC
