what good about it is you still consider online applicant, so no need q at walk-in (which means you no need go early). Remember to print the email or show them in your phone will do.

I just help my sibling last month only, failed twice then they will send an email to ask you go to the branch. Go there q at the online/OKU/senior citizen there, wait for your turn and snap your photo.

I think it take about an hour or less for her.
