Hi /K, I done my passport renewal through online few days ago and received "CAP JARI TIDAK SAH" email yesterday, would like to ask do i have to queue for number to update or scan my fingerprint or i can straight walk in to counter? Passport collection place is at UTC Sentul. Planned to go on Saturday.

Update: Arrived at UTC Sentul on 9/November around 7.45PM and Jabatan Imigresyen open at 8am. Got 2 separate queue with sticker label on floor for both Online submission and QMS online ticket, the queue is not that long for online submission, make sure to bring along IC (must be new IC, old IC will get rejected), printed receipt for online submission and old passport. Around 8.05am is my turn to get numbering ticket, 8.45am verify my fingerprint and retake photo. Around 10am i got my passport. It is quite fast and convenience, far from my expectation actually. I think warga emas above 60 years old can walk in, because officer will call out warga emas before allowing others enter into office before 8am.
