- 16,250,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
- 6,500,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, key senior management, employees and business associates of Agmo and its subsidiaries; and
- 62,250,000 new Shares made available for private placement to selected investors.
