Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO comprising a Public Issue of 85,000,000 new ordinary shares in Agmo ("Shares") in the following manner:
- 16,250,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
- 6,500,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, key senior management, employees and business associates of Agmo and its subsidiaries; and
- 62,250,000 new Shares made available for private placement to selected investors.

Dangerous depend on 1 TP especially from TA...must need TP from more credible Public Bank , Mercury , RHB OR be prepared to get Burnt - Roasted again
