Here to introduce a new flooring concept to you Lowyatians.


Here for our product sharing & not selling, most importantly open for constructive comments on feedback.


I'm sure those in renovation or those looking for renovation have somewhat got in contact with SPC Flooring


Recently, we'd developed a new concept whereby we add the REAL PREMIUM WOOD on top of SPC.

Advantage
🌊🐜SPC waterproof and termiteproof core, core is water-proof
🌳Able to get high quality real wood for more affordable prices, grading such as Oak AB are very expensive in solid / engineered wood flooring.
💯 Real wood looks and feel
🥇No repeated wood design
🛠Easy installation / lower installation cost; Normal installation like SPC installers can do, no need for solid wood installers.
🧘‍♂️Dimensional stability is better than solid wood or engineered
🌡Good heat conduction for warmth
♻️Eco friendly, does not use much timber in the product, only 1mm-2mm wood veneer.
