- Apply K-ETA (we Malaysian passport don’t need visa)
Note: print out a copy
- less than 48 hours of PCR or ATR certificate
Checklist for arrival
- fill the traveller arrival form / declaration form
- no need fill arrival card (with K-ETA print out)
- make sure your PCR/ATR with you, they will collect it from you + health declaration form (if you downloaded and use Q-scan don’t need the health declaration form)
Getting through immigration
- the Korean immigration officer lady all so pretty.. damn and friendly
Note: they have a machine for face scan, finger print , and, based on your passport Nationality, the machine will prompt you in your country language
First thing to do:
- Get a sim card or wifi egg
SIM card - 3GB/day
- require your passport + pay by cash or card
I took 99k KrW for 40 days (I will be staying for 3.5 months, will Topup myself)
2nd thing must do:
Buy the cashbee card
3k KRW
I top up 50k KRW and the cashier look at me and ask how long I will stay in Korea lol, I told her 3 months
Next most important to do:
Within 24 hours must complete covid arrival test
This could be done at airport

If you are going to take subway and kinda lost how to get to your hotel , ask the information counter staff at Incheon airport. They are very helpful and even help draw the map for you LoL
