If technician add game, sooner or later ur air-cond will kaput. Too much gas will cause leaking. Slow cold. And ur air-cond need to work harder. Keyword is tat sohai technician say if leaking tell him.means he already know it's gonna leak.

Shit didn't know add void warranty.. i also dont know what gas he add.. but it is r32 model... According to my family member who at house during installation, the installer use 15 bottle of gas.. this is for 1hp inverter model.. is it normal?

the aircon unit memang no gas when u first buy, as part of installation the standard fee should already include filling up the gas and the copper connection up to a certain length first time

there are many dishonest installers who try to get more from u by claiming they need to fill 'special' gas or in your case langsung no gas. some will claim copper not long enough and charge u a massive free for extension.

next time if u r in a position to find other installers, just ask them to fark off. if u don't want the trouble or might be in danger fighting with them then just pay the fee

How bout tis la. U comlanfirm new air-cond no gas? I just bought 2 air-cond few weeks bck. Both 1.5 HP. I never see they add any gas to my air-cond. Mayb mine already add earlier. Diffrent seller different way mayb. Some add gas d some don't. U better confirm 1st

Wrong. All aircon, all brand new outdoor unit will have gas inside one, filled from the factory. Installer just need to connect the copper pipe and then open the valve from the outdoor unit to let the gas circulate thru the system. If the outdoor unit no gas, confirm there’s a leak.

100% u kena con by technician. gas should already be inside compressor. and gas leaking very2 rare, even 10 years old aircon wont have gas leak. when technician come service aircon say need to topup gas, most of them are bullshitting, just wana charge u extra. if gas leak on aircon, u need to seal the leaking copper by brazing it.

but many years ago when im still noob about aircon I also got conned. they charged me 200++ for changing capacitor on air cond compressor. the capacitor u can buy for rm20 only.

nowadays i just maintain and clean my aircon myself. save rm100++ every 6 months by servicing aircon on my own.

I bought new aircond unit in box from shop.. actually top brand for aircond. Yesterday my installer ask me why the aircond no gas inside.. i dont know also.. so the installer call the aircond shop and they confirm the aircond ahould have gas inside..
