Is it better to get more expensive wiper blades replace when needed or buy cheaper wiper but replace them every year?

Right now I'm using bosch clear advantage, started to leave water streaks after 2 years of use.

I recently tried the silicone wipers sold in Lotuss. It is RM12.50 per wiper (rm25 per pair). So far so good.

Will observe if this could last more than a year. Previously tried an rm18 silicone wiper that was bough online. Only lasted about 10 months before it starts juddering & streaking.

PIAA wipers need do coating on window to reduce the juddering.
If you buy those expensive PIAA wiper set, usually they will provide the coating liquid to apply on windscreen before you fit it.

The window coating is the one help reduce the juddering effect, making it smooth when operating and also help repel water better in combination of both. If you don't want the coating, you can can still use the PIAA wiper but for some car window design or condition it may create the juddering effect more frequently.
