If I recall correctly, sometimes they reply after 1 hour too, better to just call their CS

I thought the esim is free if you convert from physical sim.

Buy new sim is around rm10, should be same

it's RM10, still it's considered replacement not convert from physical sim, but at maxis waiver empowerment among staff is quite relax , ikut budi bicara

Thanks for sharing. I will go there ask for waiver if they allow. Good paymaster and use so long dy, switch to eSIM kasi chance lah... haha.

They needed to cover many clients.... Minimum staff maximum usage 😁

Ask them little technical stuff...

This Maxis whatsapp bot is basically for annoying us so we go offline. Can never solve any issues.

Is it? after losing my job, i went to interview at brandt, they say maxis live chat wor. but whatever lah. either way, it's horrible service..

yeap, brandt is 1 of the payrolling company for maxis, still will have maxis benefits like employee plan subsidy , service is horrible because of many factors 1 is very poor working culture, every dept there seems like to push away the work doesn't want to help solve customer issue.
so dept like CS have no proper guidance and support from other dept to solve they'll just goreng goreng la....exceptional cases escalation goes to hot then only will help issue where manager come out, else? slow slow wait la laugh.gif

Imagine our enterprise side turnover already sky high, you think consumer side how? If you lucky you get a good CS that actually take ownership. Fail the gacha roll and you get some prick that just puts you on mute and go borak2 with everyone else.

I got better offer la. Their agency paying me quite low and I ended up resigning after 1 year even though my PIC offered to extend my contract

yeap, it's considered sim replacement, its a valid charge don't agree just stay on to physical sim je, if you change new phone want a new esim also need request a new esim to scan the QR ya another RM10 laugh.gif
