Would like the help of lowyat forum whether or not can share some contact for minor renovation.

My studio had completed and already get the key.
But I would like to install washing machine in my studio but no pipeline and additional plug point at the desired spot.
Would like to engage with contractor to do this minor job



You can see actually it might consider small job for contractor where the blue line is where I wish to extend the waterline and install tap for washing machine where the green point is where I wish to place a plug for the washing machine.

Anyone got contact for contractor or friend that able to work on this job. Please share or PM me

I suggest you find out first from your drawings if that wall is a structural wall or not. Structural wall means no hacking. You will at least be better informed to deal with a contractor once you have this information.

Why not just place the washing machine where I have indicated, and make a hole in the cabinet for the water supply (connected to a "Tee" outlet under the sink) and the waste water to the sink drain?

That location I planned to placed refrigerator.
I see my friend and that wall is hackable
