Recently I have look for a fully residential property project in PJ Damansara Perdana just besides the LDP TOLL and come with a private lake.
For now starting price is from 609 per sqft its worth to buy it? unsure.gif

what is the date of the broucher? i thought foresthill project stopped years ago?

Considering that Damansara Central Park is just right at the start of the road going into this one... so you'd be probably banking on how DCP goes. Con is.. 10k plus new neighbours in a close proximity.

Also, the lake is there unlike some waterfall that will only apparently show up after a rain.

Yeah, the only issue with this development is the entrance/exit
You might want to consider asking if they have any plans to build alternative roads or not.

Saw Foresthill Residences soft launching. Visited sales gallery & show unit today. Quite many visitors and customers. Price is attractive from RM580k onwards for smallest unit which is 950 Sq ft… most lake facing small unit taken.

Went to check out the sales gallery ytd, two towers in total, now launching tower B only, both will be completed by end 2026. Hill view which overlooking Hamptons Dsara and Country Height Dsara is slightly cheaper than the lake view. I must say the lake view is the USP here that's why left with higher floor units only. I'm considering hill view smallest unit since it's cheaper.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the Exsim project will be completed sooner than Forest Hill, maybe by that time the road condition would have improve? What do you guys think?

Esxim project is one thing, Flora Damansara is another
Density always contributes to 1 thing, traffic.

Check first if you can tolerate it. There can be only that much land for them to expand the road. I'm expecting even a 2 lane road (each directions) also become 1 lane because everyone will be parking on the roadside. Unless there's a strict enforcement running, which is rare.

I believe the road conditions will definitely improve because Dash, Exsim & Foresthill has common interest to improve the condition and accessibility. I saw Exsim plans as well when I visit their sales gallery. It’s part of ccc requirement to complete infrastructure and access to development.

I am still okay with the road side parking so long the traffic is still moving. I like the fact that those convenience stores at Flora and commercials (soon to be build by Esxim I think) are within walking distance, ppl like me always like to hv the convenience within 5-10mins walk yet staying in a residential community like Forest Hill. The best of both world. tongue.gif

Only top floor still hv 2 units. Type A most popular cause smallest size & lake view. Maybe u can wait for cancellations. Otherwise hv to go for next Block. I booked one for my child. Pending signing.

Just read the NST article about the developer background, looks like 2nd gen with architecture background is taking over the property biz.. The project is targeting for own stay market apparently..

Hello, just signed with my children. Currently staying in the bungalow area. I enjoy the peace and quiet. The natural lake and hill is beautiful. Like the privacy.

The condo is for my children because they are nearby to me but have their own place to start their family.
