Hi , My company QNAP got deadbolt. May i know if paying the ransom 0.05 bitcoin will help us to retrieve back all the files? or is there any ways to solve the issue? thank you

there are no guarantee that after you paid the ransom you will get the decryption key to decrypt your files

No. Even if they do, they already know that you are willing to pay the money and they will attack you again to get more ransom out of you Live with the consequences and advise your GM to pay for cloud storage that has the capability of restoring the data to a certain date such as Google Drive

QNAP have release notice to ask customers to update the firmware on 17th June. But seem like your company did not update it.
No, paying to the Ransomeware group does not guarantee you get to recover back all your things. I assume there is a firewall in your office environment, so I doubt it was direct attack from internet. Unless your firewall settings is open all ports for WAN to LAN and for LAN to WAN. It is advisable to only allow certain ports to be open for WAN to LAN and LAN to WAN.
