Solution: outlive them their plot got redeveloped and they’re moving to further spot from my house, but this created another new neighbour of hell since then, and potentially becoming two since one of the empty plot is going to get developed soon/eventually, KEK.

My neighbour's son hit my car which was parked in front of my gate while he was reversing (their usual habit of needing to reverse till their rear bumper reach my gate). The mom saw and ask her son to drive away, she will settle.
When I got home, my mom told my car kena hit. I checked the damage, bumper cracked and misaligned. So I went to their house to ask how they want to settle. The mom buat muka bodoh pretend nothing happened and claimed my bumper was already scatched and his son didn't touch my car.
I raised my voice a little so that she can hear me clearly that I will go report polis and file as hit and run. Another neighbour came out and say he saw the son's car hit my car while reversing and drove off. So I asked him to be my witness if I need to report polis. Only then the woman said 'Aiyah, we fix for you loh.. what's the big deal till need to report polis?'

I really want to see when her sons do a hit and run outside, how she will handle. If polis asked me to describe their behavior, confirm I'll tell a very very detailed description about them. Really kns type of neighbour.

Another neighbor(s) from hell story…owned a unit in KL and was living there in peace for almost a year, until the next door neighbors and upstairs neighbors moved in.

The next door neighbor lacked common sense and family planning as he moved in his wife, two preteens and three toddlers into a small 3-bd unit. Sometimes their other relatives stayed there so that place would have 7-10 people living there at a time…their kids would be running, jumping, shouting and crying from late morning to early morning. Then, the upstairs neighbors also had kids who would jump and run around until I got a migraine…when I complained, the parents would deny it, blame it on their kids being kids or even throw heavy things on the floor as an act of revenge.

Complained so many times and got into arguments with both sets but you can’t reason with kampung and low class folk.

Every 3-4 months I will go back to my hometown of Penang to visit my mum and brother. Once I decided to drive to Penang instead of flying and I parked my car outside at the side of the house. Mind you I was not blocking anyone or any house.

Next day I saw that someone had vandalised my car with spray paint. Checked cctv and it turns out the ah beng that lives 4 houses down used to park at the side of my mum’s house near the gate regularly and “claimed that spot as his own”.

Confronted him and he denied it till I showed him the footage and threatened to report him to the police. He helped clean the paint off the car.

Mine mostly due to stupid parents parking their crap cars in front of my gate every day.

This is due to an illegal daycare centre in the same taman. Already reported to the local council but the owner got thick cable connection so nothing much can do.

So, each time the parents park their cars close to my gate, I gave them the evil stare and play with my Bosch hammer drill. If they look, will point the hammer drill at them.

Seems to work because now they drop their kids and quickly drove away. Maybe they worried I will sabotage their cars?

Even landed we also put cone nowadays.

Complain to management few times, but tak tahu. At last, management advice just take scissor and cut the shit out next time.

So waited for one opportunity and took out big ass scissors and cut their bedsheet. Hooha ensued, management office and police alerted.

And this is a rich guy. But obviously rich from doing religious business. Not the lawyer or doctor type. So, the mindset is the same like those uneducated type.

Same like the above, play Kollywood music very loud. Like very similar cultural lifestyle, need to play music very loud for the entire neighbourhood to hear.

Then invite their entire kampung to stay in the house. So, the house became like a market. So, imagine the noise and commotion. Children also behave like barbarian and throw rubbish everywhere. Basically you can see how the borderline of their house is obviously different from the rest of the area. Their house is like a slum area with rubbish everywhere on the ground and the road area.

By seeing this, then i can understand why /k doesn't like to rent to certain ppl. Poor or rich, also behave the same one.

Complain management, management says the Ground floor spot above my place is locked area for management, impo to get kerusi meja sound also.
