Was staying in condo, the neighbour upstairs will hang bedsheet until block my balcony view. These bedsheet still dripping water and sometimes sog my furniture set in my balcony. Complain to management few times, but tak tahu. At last, management advice just take scissor and cut the shit out next time.

So waited for one opportunity and took out big ass scissors and cut their bedsheet. Hooha ensued, management office and police alerted.
End up neighbour stop doing that shit anymore.
