We said no as it is the empty space outside our house. We just park our 3rd car there while another 2 cars park inside house porch.

The new bf spineless also, after that incident, that the whole family came and confront us instead of him...
and the Indian neighbour damn pattern, house porch don't want to park. Always park at other neightbour's outside while leaving their porch empty.

Legally speaking the space beyond our house gate isn't ours. But if anybody park there & block the in/out access to our house then it's  a problem.

Yes, I am aware of the legality of the space. But there's so much space in their house porch and outside of his house, yet they still prefer to park elsewhere.

They sometimes block their immediate neighbour's access to their house by parking at their gates when they have gatherings (twice a month?) and party till 2-3am.

Mine is typical rebut carpark. Public road but both sides claim as theirs. No settle, still gaduh. Location kepong, so I guess you all know how this can be settled soon

My neighbour's son hit my car which was parked in front of my gate while he was reversing (their usual habit of needing to reverse till their rear bumper reach my gate). The mom saw and ask her son to drive away, she will settle.
When I got home, my mom told my car kena hit. I checked the damage, bumper cracked and misaligned. So I went to their house to ask how they want to settle. The mom buat muka bodoh pretend nothing happened and claimed my bumper was already scatched and his son didn't touch my car.
I raised my voice a little so that she can hear me clearly that I will go report polis and file as hit and run. Another neighbour came out and say he saw the son's car hit my car while reversing and drove off. So I asked him to be my witness if I need to report polis. Only then the woman said 'Aiyah, we fix for you loh.. what's the big deal till need to report polis?'

I really want to see when her sons do a hit and run outside, how she will handle. If polis asked me to describe their behavior, confirm I'll tell a very very detailed description about them. Really kns type of neighbour.

used to be ok until all their kids grown up, each drive own car, their house big enough for 5 cars but 3-4 cars park inside to decorate only. while the kids and mother park outside everytime. they have about 8 cars.

good for them to move somewhere bigger.
