I think some of you may experience this kind of situation.

But in every neighbourhood, there will be at least 1 neighbour that have this so called ''DIY MENTALITY".

DIY MENTALITY means that everything want to do by their own. From repairing their house, doing renovation also by their own. But the problem with this people, if they finish up their work as soon as possible, then it's okay, but these people usually will delay their renovation/repairing work until don't know when they will finish their work.

Example is pasir bersepah sepah depan rumah or behind house, or other building equipment that put nearby house and can affect other neighbours.

I have live in 2 terrace neighbourhoods before this and I always encounter these kind of neighbours.

Spesies nak buat sendiri sebab nak jimat duit, tapi suka delay buat kerja, tangguh memanjang. Kedekut nak panggil contractor/or technician or repairer want to fix their problem

Because Kollywood so noisy.. and door slammer brainless
I also run my sander machine all the way from morning till 2359

Just analogy, but yes, we're quite quiet with our morning chores, which means we'll only start washing clothes after 10am, including dishwashing, housekeeping, etc. If there's a need of waking up early for something, me and my wife are very much the quiet type that will use steaming on our food, instead of frying eggs, using microwave dididi-ding ding ding- do do do until whole table food also warm that kind.

Already used to it, maybe coz we both once renting home with few families in one 4 to 5 rooms bungalow. Have to be quite tolerating to one another.

Habits die hard, even after so long never share home anymore.

Stayed in one studio apartment in Damansara Perdana many years back. That time I was working night, and my wife on her off day, so we slept late the night before and woke up late the next day.

Suddenly heard a very loud knocks on the front door. When I opened the door, very shocked (from being very sleepy to 100% awake) to see multiple firemen was outside my door, telling me to open my door wide because they wanna see the interior layout of the apartment so they can locate the balcony.

Found out there’s small fire on the unit across mine. Their stove was on fire. After the firemen settled all, got few plain clothes policemen outside the house checking that unit. They said apparently the unit across was cooking meth. The cook left it on small fire and went out to maybe buy food (that’s what the policemen said). Asked me few questions if I know who stayed there, how many people there etc.

After sometime got 1 old Chinese fella wearing office attire asked me few questions also about that house. I supposed he was the higher up as one of the policemen called him “Tuan”.

Nice, unique, and at the same time scary experience.

my area also like that. got 1 datuk call DBKL come issue notice to all the parked cars, if within 7 days didnt move straight tow.

end up got 3-4 cars went missing after a week, freed up so much space. all abandoned cars lel

Du9lan I report dbkl on all the cars with dead road tax, after 1 2 tows all those cars mysteriously relocated.

Fark now my blood boil if mention about moto repair shop. Pukima line the row of parking lots with used moto for sale/repair/whatever fucking shit.

Reported dbkl on the abusing public lots and see dbkl lorry load up the motos so satisfying. Place is so clean and bearable now

You know for landed property normally everyone sweeps and puts the dry leaves and branches out by the roadside so the Alam workers could gather them when they sweep the road right?

We did the same and mdfk indian neighbor came and said we are provoking them (parents have bad blood with them since a decade ago). The reason? THEY PARK THEIR CAR SENGET 45 DEGREE WITH THE REAR FACING OUR SIDE. So our dry leaves and branches got in their way when they want to park/reverse their car! Eh the whole street park their car 90 degree straight in, you pattern pattern want to senget parking. You say it's your area you can do whatever you want?! Not my problem if my leaves blocked your golden parking way.

You planted a tree right in the middle with heck ton of leaves dropping onto our area my mum sweeps the floor everyday until want to smack you dy. Now you saying we are provoking you when we trim your branches that extended into our roof area and caused inconvenience to us?! Dont get me started with the dirty water flowing towards us when you wash your front because YOUR GODDAMN TREE IS BLOCKING THE DRAINAGE YOU BUILT BESIDE IT! Now you have an issue when my mum wash the dirt back to you?!
