Depends on your budget and riding style. Most kapchai owners ride WOT all the way on faster roads which is why the bikes don't last long.

Coming from a demak90, any newer kapchai will serve you well. 125s will likely only hit 100 comfortably. A bit more if pushed. Watercooled bikes will be more powerful than air cooled bikes of the same capacity.p

Scooters could be a consideration for urban city use but bear in mind maintenance of the drive belt is costlier than chain and sprocket. However the conveniece of an automatic and large underseat storage can't be denied.
