Martinez pass it back to him when he can pass it to Shaw or did a long range. When the ball passed back to DDG, opponents already pressed up and DDG did panic pass to Eriksen hoping he can do a Matic style. So here both also need to be blame

The players part, no need to say anymore, we know.
But some decisions from Ten Hag also questionable.

As I said just earlier, we fans know the squad has lots of deadwood, and Ten Hag is famous with his bold personality, thus we wanted him so much, to drop those deadwood and pick some youngsters to turn them into lineup material.

The things we fans expected,
breakup the duo of McFred, and eventually get rid of them.
Drop Maguire, Rashford, and Shaw.

So far he only achieved one, quite far from the expectation.
