No today only, start for day one unable use hotspot, what is fact?

I think my area slow and not steady but still see the 4g LTE.

but when connect to devices always shown

IPV4 no network access
IPV6 no internet access

then I try many time on off and different setting, but

<This see the green bar, but just like not internet function>
-->This unable google, but weird youtube can load the comments, but very slow, after I clear the cookie and cache, then back to above totally unable internet.

Setting new APN
PC and notebook test also like that.
tick or not tick Enable Federal information processing Standards(FIPS) compliance for this network.
setup control panel Power and so on, all in normal.

Home wifi can phone, but phone hotspot totally unable internet, not slow, mostly and always unable.

What going on? Can anyone help on this.

I also unable of Tmpoint and 100, they likely ask you install and uninstall apps only.

something wrong with unifi prepaid today

just now i got full bar but cant receive any sms

then i open airplane mode, and close airplane mode, to refresh my line

end up no line at all for more than 5 mins

The Tm staff said want your area need 4g + up to 2 bar + stable can use hotspot.

I worry I don't know setup, not my area or computer problems, but tm not test for me, I just very helpless.

now free 1 week trials, but all, no matter RM 35 or RM 50 not impact hotspot, because unlimited hotspot and depend your data plan.

Try other PCs and devices to connect to the same hotspot... are they all having the same issue?

I only can test computer and notebook, not others able, but finally and totally cannot.

Just like I wrote before at tm point, the staff told my hotspot working, but the staff on the data too, so maybe hard to know, the staff my hotspot or their own data.
then I back home, try myself, all unable.

Phone tm today morning, the answer is yourself test, but hotspot only 4g + strong bar + steady = can hotspot.

so I open post, hope more tm user which can or which can't can told and help me?

4g + not strong bar(below 2 bars) + not steady(sometime disconnect and so on) = also can hotspot or slow speed

My problems is like can speed low, at least hotspot is working and my all not problems, but now totally unable connect.

this is not TM or 100 problem. This is user device setup

Try these...

Most probably weak signal in your area.
If 2 bars and below (same for my phone), almost no internet connection. 3bars and above, stable internet.
Maybe try test your connection and hotspot at other location (city preferred) to check if this is not user problem.

your ipv4 is no network access and ipv6 is no internet access? This is not slow connect, but the situation is totally unable connect internet, the website wrote "no internet".

Above is totally different when use wifi pc to phone, no matter slow, but ipv4/ipv6 can access internet, not appear "limited" and so on.
Before I not tick some at window then unable wifi too, appear "limited", "no internet" and so on.

I not confirm myself is don't know setup hotspot with pc network or really area problem. The another problem is I don't have many equipment to test it.

As for me, Unifi Mobile has 4G+ full bars at home (around 80-90 dBm constantly). But still I face disconnection from time to time, both on my phone mobile data and mobile hotspot. Turning airplane mode on off solves it usually, not really sure is it because of congestion. Going to complain to TM soon too.

Have you tried using the internet in other areas using your phone?

Before I set the new APN, but same, no internet.


Today I go to tmpoint, I think this time, same like last time.

This time I ask disconnect the internet(I not test really disconnect), but I see notebook click my phone and password(connected, secured), so I 99% sure is use my phone hotspot to connect internet.
I not see the tmpoint mobile screen, but I also ask off the data and test my phone hotspot, then can youtube.

I think my phone and sim card work with hotspot.
At tmpoint my phone bar is full bar.

The 100 or tmpoint maybe will conclusion is your area unable full bar unable use hotspot, the want very strong signal.

tm prepaid sim + 4g + 2 bar/below + not steady line(you use data also will no connection then can connect) = can use hotspot, no matter slow speed.

The hotspot will not slow speed like home boardband wifi, the hotspot in above condition is direct unable connect and no internet.

I also don't know above correct or not?
